The information you provide — including your name, email address, phone number, event date, event type, and venue details — is captured and stored in SMPL System.
- Follow-Up Communications: Once you submit an inquiry, ROQ Events may send you follow-up emails through SMPL System to discuss availability, answer questions, and guide you through the booking process. We do not add you to any general marketing list or newsletter.
- Photo Booth Images: When you or your guests use one of our photo booths at an event, images are captured and associated with your event. After the event, a gallery link is sent to you so guests can view and download their photos. These images are hosted on a private online gallery.
- Technical Data: We automatically collect standard website usage data — such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on our site — through Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager.
