1. Scope of Services & Separate Agreements
The Site provides information regarding our wedding DJ, photo booth, corporate A/V, and event enhancement services in Central Illinois.
Important: Booking our services requires the execution of a separate, formal Service Agreement (Contract).
- Any terms regarding specific event dates, payment schedules, retainers, cancellations, refund policies, and specific performance duties will be strictly governed by your signed Service Agreement.
- In the event of a conflict between these website Terms and your signed Service Agreement, the signed Service Agreement will take precedence.
2. Use of the Site and Client Portal
If you book with us, you may be granted access to a digital planning portal to outline event timelines, select music, and manage event details.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting inquiries or updating your portal.
- Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials provided to you.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your portal link or account.
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Site or portal for any unlawful purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the security, performance, or functionality of the Site.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape data from the Site.
